5 Star deserves five stars. The men took good care of the car, cleaned and polished it. Interior leather also done. Car looks good again.
Just tried to pick up my package here. The employees cannot help me with this because they are busy with repair work??? Then you are ignored here. What kind of bizarre thing is this? Complaint submitted to Post NL. This is really not possible!!! It's outrageous how they treat you here!!!
Unfortunately, a PostNL package from me was delivered to this location instead of the specified location. Limited opening hours and closed a few minutes before the indicated closing time. Made a trip from work to this location for nothing. Not customer friendly, do not have your package delivered here
On the good recommendation of a friend, I had my car oiled and washed for €140. I really regret the expenditure, because even though the oil service has been done, I was still allowed to manually reset the service and their perception of "clean" is apparently very different. See pictures. I paid extra to clean under the hood, but very little came of that either. The engine cover appears clean to create a "clean" image, but if you look, for example, at where you fill the windshield fluid or where the air filter is located and compare that with the results my friend received, you can clearly see that no attention was paid to has been spent on. Also look at how they leave the mats behind. See pictures.I'm not the most difficult. To make mistakes is human, but what matters is how a company deals with this. Well, that's bad. I live in Amsterdam. They know this. I reported my complaint and they offered me a free wash. That, in turn, is not of much use to me, because I spend more on time and gas to get there and wait for the car than the cleaning package costs. I drive a taxi, so time is literally money.I explained this to them, but they are too reluctant to reimburse even €20. I happily pay for the oil and understand that they have to make a turnover, but I received a vague story that they cannot give money back. Oh well, read the screenshots for yourself.I regret spending my money here, because in my opinion they could have done a better job with the service, but also with resolving complaints. I also compensate my customers for the fare if I make a mistake. I cannot hold on to “no, but the fare is €50, so I cannot accommodate”
Brought the car for a full option cleaning. Taha was the guy that did a tremendous job. I highly recommend this garage!
